Welcome to my Vitamin, Supplement & Remedies webpage.

This page is also new and a work in progress. I will be adding articles, information and concepts over the next several months. If you like what you are reading and this subject in general, then please continue to check back on the progress of this page.
Ideally it is great to get all of our vitamins, minerals and nutrition from the food we eat. This is always a great goal that one should pursue. Eating good food is a key to Natural Health & Well-Being.  Unfortunately in this day and age it isn't always possible to get all of what we need on a daily basis from food.

We also have to deal with common ailments, illness and injury.  At times we need something to strengthen our immune system to heal itself.  And although we can prevent these things through proper nutrition and healthy living, sometimes illness or injury just happens.



The Role of Vitamins, Supplements & Remedies



I am a strong advocate of preventative natural medicine- vitamins, supplements and herbal remedies.  I am also a strong supporter of natural/alternative medicine and remedies to cure our ailments and injuries.





The body is a wonderful system. And for the most part it can cure itself. Natural Vitamins, Supplements and Remedies help us strengthen of own system. They give us the tools for our own body system to fight off illness and cure ailments and heal injuries. Modern medicine does have its place in healing and it should not be ignored. Yet too many people rely on this type of cure. They do not look into natural alternatives that might be better for them. Instead they are prescribed drugs and antibiotics that do not always help our own body cure itself. They are not always the best choice for healing. This is where Natural Vitamins, Supplements and Remedies come into play.
